Vimali ka..

As the bus goes past these green trees, my memory goes past a year i spent with my Vimali..
Vimali lived in my Grany's home. Each time I had been there, she welcomed me. She would take me around the home to show things that were changed or that weren't. I enjoyed my being with her and she mine.
Cuddling was usual between us no matter who was present. One bad thing about her is that she would expect all in the home to stand beside her, asking her to just take her food (she wouldn't like me adding the word 'just'). Because she wanted to be the Queen of the house. Her wish was fruitified by all of us. We used to serve her the food Grany made for her. Ever if Vimali comes to know Grany has prepared the food not keeping her in mind, the food would simply be rejected!
That was the sensual demand she had for our love. Not just that. We all had her magnanimous love too for she was The Queen!

She woke me up,
She made me sleep,
She was the Sunrise,
She was the lullaby,
Her love was pure,
We had it for sure.
And there she lies,
In the eternal rest!

Vimali (1997-2010) was my Grany's pet yet she loved all of us. I miss her today. She is continuing to be the inspiration. I see her in all the roadside pets and feed them with biscuits.

I love you Vimali..
